The Management Team serves as the core of the operation while our network of Axcelora Partners provide unprecedented reach to US retail and restaurant chain decision makers. Our sole purpose is to speed the B2B sales process into the retail and restaurant communities.
Rich Hollander, Managing PartnerRich Hollander is the founder and managing partner of Axcelora. With more than 40 years in the retail industry, Rich brings a vast array of experience and contacts to the business. After a 25 year career with Radio Shack and Tandy Corporation that led him to the top of the organization, Rich took on the challenge of running a retail start-up. He then joined Buxton and over the span of 9 years helped build them into a premier retail analytics company. Rich then spent two years helping grow MasterCard Truaxis, a Bay Area big data start-up focused on retailers. By developing a sales philosophy of actively listening to the customer, Rich has created an impressive record of success in the retail industry.

Richard Last, E-Commerce & Digital RetailingRichard Last is a recognized leader and pioneer in the U.S. digital retailing industry. Founder of JCPenney.com, he is a visionary who led one of America's leading retailers to be the first online in 1994 and the first to achieve $1 billion in sales. As Chairman Emeritus of Shop.org, he has served on the Board for the past 13 years. Rich also served concurrently for 4 years on the Board of Directors of the National Retail Federation. After 37 years of service at Penney, he retired and created the Digital Retailing Degree Program at the University of North Texas College of Merchandising, Hospitality, and Tourism. A tireless retail advocate, Last is also Faculty Advisor to the NRF Student Association at UNT.

Joel Carter, Advisor for Marketing & Business DevelopmentJoel Carter is a senior retail and product development executive with over 30 years experience. As a C-level retail marketing executive for 20 years, he focused on emerging technologies and successfully launched multiple new private label consumer electronics product lines surpassing a half billion dollars in incremental sales revenue. An early adopter of digital marketing, Carter has operated B2B, B2C and B2E e-Commerce websites since 1998. Prior to his retail leadership positions, Carter worked for national ad agencies Ogilvy & Mather, The Richards Group, Publicis and Tracy-Locke creating brand and direct advertising campaigns for high tech, QSR, retail banking and packaged goods clients.

Brett Brawner, FinanceBrett Brawner is a finance executive and retail entrepreneur with a background in evaluating complex corporate acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. After working for Arthur Young & Company, Brawner supplemented his UT Austin undergraduate degree with an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech. He held a number of retail positions in Tandy Corporation including internal audit, treasury, inventory control, director of replenishment and merchandise analysis. Brett eventually reported directly to the CEO, CFO and COO as a senior business planning and development executive. Brett is an investor and owner in several entrepreneurial companies in the retail and B2B space.

Becky Moroneso, Database ManagementBecky Moroneso is a project manager with over 10 years of experience in retail and non-profit. Becky specializes in transitioning functional work groups from legacy systems into new, optimized, workflows utilizing technology such as relational databases she designs to support business functions. After 5 years with RadioShack Corporation managing projects for the Real Estate and Store Operations groups and one year creating and implementing database solutions for 2 local firms, she transitioned out of the corporate arena, and uses her project management talents to enrich non-profit groups. Becky earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a member of Alpha Chi Omega.

Amanda Newport, Marketing & Social MediaAmanda Newport has more than 10 years experience in generating leads and building brands in the retail industry. Newport helped build Buxton into one of the top retail analytics brands through high visibility programs directed toward the retail community. She has experience working with advertising agencies to create branding messages implemented through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and events. In addition to developing PR plans and collateral, Newport is experienced in managing CRM systems, website editing and maintenance, digital and social media programs. She has developed innovative ways to communicate the vision of a company while increasing efficiencies within the business.
